Nominations are now invited for the INFINZ Awards 2020, including the Hunter Campbell Diversity and Inclusion Award.
Hunter Campbell Founding Partner Lee Marshall is encouraging catalysts for change to put forward a nomination.
“There are a lot of exceptional New Zealand leaders who are shining lights in diversity and inclusion and the award is a wonderful way of acknowledging and supporting the great work they are doing.
“The benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces are immense, from more engaged workforces and reduced employee turnover to higher performance, so Hunter Campbell is extremely proud to be sponsoring this important award for the third year,” Lee says.
The INFINZ Awards recognise innovation and excellence in New Zealand’s financial and capital markets and they are the leading financial industry awards across New Zealand’s calendar year.
INFINZ, the industry body for finance professionals, is calling for nominations in all categories. Nominations close on Thursday, 20 February 2020.
The Diversity and Inclusion Award seeks to recognise and acknowledge an inspirational role model from within the INFINZ membership who has proactively cultivated focus on encouraging and nurturing diversity, aiming to achieve equal gender and diverse representation at all levels.
Previous recipients of the Diversity and Inclusion Award are Genesis Chair Barbara Chapman, CNZM, and PwC Chair Michele Embling.
The INFINZ Awards are determined by an expert panel of judges and will be presented at a black-tie Gala Dinner on Thursday, 21 May 2020 at The Cordis Hotel, Auckland.
