Hunter Campbell partnered with the CFO shaping the future structure of the finance team to ensure a highly capable team is in place to support both the CFO and the business to be best placed in this extreme growth phase. This involved mapping out the finance function, roles and responsibilities and seniority of talent required.
The broader involvement of Hunter Campbell in the curation of the Finance and Senior Leadership team has meant Hunter Campbell has a good understanding of the team capabilities and culture and can select candidates who will compliment and add to this high performing team.
