Hunter Campbell would like to congratulate Charles Addison on his appointment as Procurement and Supply Chain Project Manager at Crown.
At Crown, Charles will be responsible for the effective ownership and leadership of supply chain activities for the New Zealand business.
Charles joins Crown from Fletcher Steel, where he held roles including Head of Procurement and Planning as well as National Supply Manager. Previously he has held positions including Supply Chain Manager at Amcor and Senior Analyst – Supply Chain and Marketing at BlueScope Steel.
Charles says: “After chatting with Mark and Kieran through the interview process, I knew this was a role and team I wanted to be part of.
“I am passionate about optimisation and ensuring businesses limit the amount of guess work and historical non-value add activities to ensure the focus is on disciplined planning processes, a customer centric mindset and real dollar improvements where activities are aligned and visibility is shared across the entire business.
“With a large and busy distribution and logistics footprint, I am looking forward to ensuring we are doing the right things and then doing them right. ”
