Further growth at Xplor sees creation of multiple new appointments

Xplor, a merger of Advent Portfolio companies TSG and Clearent, is continuing its high-growth trajectory with multiple new appointments made within the Finance team.

Xplor is a global platform that integrates software, payments and commerce-enabling solutions to help businesses succeed.

Among the recent appointments are Group Financial Controller Aneesya Raviharan and FP&A Manager Zack Arcus.

Aneesya has returned to New Zealand from the UK, where she had been based for the last five years. In the UK, Aneesya worked for a variety of organisations including Ted Baker, where she was the Group Finance Manager, and Pret A Manger, where she held various roles including the position of IPO Finance Manager.

Zack joined from KPMG, where he was Manager Transaction Services / Deal Advisory. Zack’s previous roles include Portfolio & Risk Analyst at AlpInvest Partners in Amsterdam and Assistant Manager (Corporate Audit) at KPMG.

Zack says: “It’s an exciting time for me to be joining Xplor and be working with such highly-talented people both in New Zealand and overseas. The business has experienced significant growth since Advent’s investment in 2019 and is continuing to grow.”

Xplor offers enterprise software solutions for businesses in five fast-growing ‘everyday life’ industries: Education, Health and Fitness, Boutique Wellness, Field Services and Personal Services – and a global, cloud-based processing platform that allows clients to process payments seamlessly and securely for their services.

With operations across North America, Australasia, Europe, and the United Kingdom; Xplor serves more than 82,000 businesses that processed more than $27 billion in payments, operating across 158 countries in 2020.

Hunter Campbell wishes Aneesya and Zack all the best in their new positions.
