Hunter Campbell is delighted to launch the Future CFO programme to empower tomorrow’s Finance leaders.
The programme, for middle and senior Finance professionals, includes mentoring, networking, career development support and Leader Forums. Participants will also join the Future CFO Alumni.
Founding Partner Lee Marshall says Hunter Campbell is passionate about sharing knowledge and helping top talent to advance their careers.
“This programme is a great way for Finance professionals to grow their network, learn from a mentor and engage with experienced CFOs and business leaders.
“We have a brilliant line up of speakers for the Leader Forums that participants will really enjoying hearing.”
Lee says mentoring is a core benefit of the programme, as it can be difficult for professionals to find a mentor outside of the organisation they are working in.
“Having the right mentor can be hugely advantageous in helping people to grow, overcome obstacles and move their career forward. Through Future CFO, participants will be matched with an external mentor for a year and receive one-on-one feedback to help them achieve their aspirations.
Lee says the Future CFO Programme is a continuation of the value that Hunter Campbell wants to add within the Accounting and Finance community.
“A big focus for Hunter Campbell is bringing like-minded people together through the networks we’ve established including the CFO Breakfast Forum, FC Network and Kiwi ex-pat community in London. Future CFO is a way that we can extend a similar offering to professionals who are focused on developing their career.”
Lee says the role of CFO is constantly evolving and today’s leaders bring commercial acumen as well as strategic insight to the table.
“We want to do what we can to support ambitious professionals who want to be tomorrow’s Finance leaders so we’re also offering the opportunity to sponsor applicants if cost is a barrier. We encourage aspiring CFOs to find out more about the programme and apply.”
Applications for the Future CFO Programme are open now until Friday 7 August. Applications are welcome from candidates who are CA or CPA qualified with post qualification experience.
Further details, including the cost and how to apply, are included in Future-CFO-Programme.
