The role:
Hiring for growth! We are partnered with realestate.co.nz to find an experienced Account Manager that is driven by both the quality of their relationships and seeing the results for themselves and customer. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a pro at asking the right questions, and dedicated to delivering value-add.
Day to day you will:
- Champion the full range of realestate.co.nz’s products and services
- Be on the road, client facing as much as possible
- Independently and confidently conduct negotiations, respond to briefs and build strong relationships
- Identify and develop creative and innovative solutions to grow revenue
- Develop and execute plans for new business development, as well as strategy for growth and pipeline development for key accounts
- Evaluate client product opportunities based on revenue and EBIT potential
- Capture key market trends and news that could have a material impact on revenue performance and maintain a high level of market intelligence
Your strengths and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Account Management and Sales, with solid business development skills.
- 3+ years extensive experience in solution-based selling with multiple stakeholders.
- Always act with integrity, demonstrating the ability to build trust and credibility
- Commercially minded, with comprehensive analytical skills
- Proactive, organised and timely
- Accurate evaluation of Key Accounts in terms of cost of sales/yield management
- Keen on efficiencies for the client and strategic fit of opportunities
- Value in internal relationships and working effectively across all areas of the business
