We are excited to present this hands-on role where you can demonstrate your organisational skills to manage the routine of payroll processing and deal with the weekly pay day filing, while also having the opportunity to liaise with a variety of customers and assist them with their queries. This permanent position will offer you the chance to work in a professional and progressive team.
Key Responsibilities include;
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Accounts Payable processes
- Customer invoicing
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Responsibility for GST returns
You will have a good knowledge of accounting systems along with an intermediate knowledge of Excel. A good knowledge of XERO is required. You enjoy having a laugh with your work colleagues but also getting the job done, on time and within budget. Your confident manner and ability to help grow the business will provide job satisfaction at this professional company. You will be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.
