The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant who is either immediately available or available within 2 weeks to join close-knit team located on beautiful grounds in St Mary’s Bay.
As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the accounting administration support for the Trust. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing and debtor management
- Bank reconciliations
- Trial balance with accurate monthly finance reporting for each entity of the Trust
- Maintain financial records
- Provide administrative support to Financial Accountant
- Manage vehicle registrations for Sisters of Mercy fleet
- Preparing annual claim of tax credits for Sisters
- Ongoing process improvements
Experience:
- Sound accounting skills
- Advanced MS Suite skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and organised with excellent attention to detail
