Representing a global leader in access and security solutions, this newly created role is a rare opportunity to drive growth across the Professional End Users market through government, councils, infrastructure providers, education and plenty more.
  
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of key relationships with your market segments, identifying strategic opportunities and positioning market-leading solutions that meet technical, aesthetic, and compliance requirements. This role is perfect for someone to make their mark, take ownership of this crucial channel and drive commercial growth.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Most important is the commercial lens that’s needed both internally and externally
  • Build and nurture relationships with local government, councils, central government, government departments, infrastructure providers, educational facilities, security consultants, correctional, etc.
  • Identify and secure opportunities within this market
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical consultation, become their go to person.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that are targeted and effective at growing market share and will strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure projects transition seamlessly from pitch to completion.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or end-user sales.
  • Familiar with robust sales cycles and seeing it through
  • Technical aptitude and confidence discussing compliance-driven products.
