About the role:
Reporting to the Pro Partner & Direct Sales Manager, this Business Development Manager role is a strategic sales role. This role will be responsible for generating some exciting commercial sales growth with some key customer segments. We’re looking for someone to make use of Husqvarna’s market leading position, get excited about transformational technologies and use their industry experience for strategic business development. If you have experience with Golf Courses or sports turf management, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client focused communication and activity
- Build sustainable presence and profitability in your territories
- Execute strategic account growth plans for top-tier markets
- Identify and prospect for new business for the robotics category
- Meet KPI metrics and achieve budgets
- Effective CRM management and reporting
Key Attributes:
- Direct experience within or servicing the Golf Course and Sports Turf industries
- 5+ years Business Development Management experience
- Adept negotiator across various levels
- Truly listen to clients and deliver on their needs and expectations
- A skilled communicator – written, verbal or via presentation
- Systematic and disciplined, assisted by a care and detail to attention
- Financial and technical acumen
