About the Company

As they expand, they’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team and help drive their financial strategy forward.
The Role
As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of Wilson Parking. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee all financial operations, contribute to business strategy, and support long-term growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient and effective financial management
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management team
- Support new business opportunities
- Drive financial performance analysis, including cost management and revenue optimisation
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of financial management, corporate finance and budgeting processes
- Track record of ‘can do’, ‘roll-up sleeves’ action and results orientation
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred
