Key responsibilities
- A range of administrative tasks for our depositors and borrowers including onboarding applicants whilst ensuring AML/CFT requirements are met
- Governance of day-to-day daily processes
- Delivering exceptional customer service support to our clients via calls, emails and the occasional in-person appointment
- Processing client transactions on our financial software system
- Supporting other members of the Client Services team where required
About you
- You will align with our mission and values
- You will have experience in the financial services sector, lending and/or accounting
- You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional written and oral English skills
- You will have impeccable attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- You will be professional with a high level of integrity
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office products
