Reporting into an impressive and progressive General Manager, with a key focus on all things commercial. You will look after one of the more high-profile accounts within our client’s business. You will be the key point of contact responsible for the contractual relationship which includes adhering to the commercial terms & KPIs of the contract; monitoring performance; and exceeding expectations with regards to service levels.
There are currently 3 peers to this position, which all have administration & operational support, but the role itself has no direct reports. This particular client is demanding due to the volume and nature of cold chain logistics. The role is a mix of client relationship management, inventory management, carrier management and process delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail due to the reporting obligations of the client. SAP & healthcare industry experience would be extremely advantageous.
To succeed in this role, you will be well versed both commercially & operationally. You must be a self-starter who is curious in their approach & comfortable taking the lead when dealing with this high profile account.
