Crown Infrastructure Partners
Crown Infrastructure Partners Limited (CIP) is a crown-owned entity with the purpose of investigating and implementing commercial models to achieve key Government objectives.
Their strategic initiatives benefit all New Zealanders, and include the deployment of water, roading and urban development infrastructure to support an increase in housing supply, managing the Government’s investment in Ultra-Fast Broadband, the 3 Waters Reform, and the Infrastructure Reference Group which was formed in April 2020 to identify and allocate capital to critical infrastructure projects.
Through partnership with public and private sector organisations, and through co-investment and funding, CIP can fast track these key initiatives and projects to fruition.
The Commercial Manager – Infrastructure Development will focus on CIP’s Housing and Urban Development Infrastructure (H&UDI) workstreams.
