Master the craft
We’re looking for experienced and motivated recruitment consultants for our Consultant and Senior Consultant tiers with manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain experience. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients and candidates with a consultative approach, build long-term relationships and further develop as a specialist in your field.
You will work with a group of specialist recruitment leaders and colleagues across the business who share intel rather than compete for it and are working towards collective success.
Your experience:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, or Supply Chain, Operations & Procurement
- A consultative style, focused on quality outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build your brand in your market
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Experience in a boutique or specialist agency environment favourably regarded
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across your specialist area of recruitment
- Source, screen and place high-calibre candidates
- Build long-term relationships with clients and industry bodies
- Advise clients on market insight, talent strategy and hiring trends
- Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive business development
- Represent the Hunter Campbell brand as a genuine subject matter expert
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share intel and opportunities
