About the role:

This customer relationship specialist role sits in a customer service team of 12. While at the core, you all have the same role, it will vary as you will have your own VIP customer/s that you will work to provide the best customer service possible. You will succeed in this role with your proactive and initiative driven approach. Being a team player and an excellent communicator is essential to this role.  

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Own the operational relationship with customers and provide support for their queries
  • Deliver high-quality communication and proactive interaction to customers across all available channels

Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Attributes:

  • Experience on CargoWise or Salesforce would be favourable 
  • A committed team player with high attention to detail
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Methodical and detail-focused in follow-through of tasks so that deadlines are met
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel
