The opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will take responsibility for end-to-end Vendor Managed Inventory effectively providing supply chain support, analysis, guidance/advice and customer delivery to a diverse range of customers. You will play a critical role in the business both internally and with the customer.
Critical to the role will be your can-do attitude, problem-solving and customer service skills.
Specifically, you will take responsibility for:
- Inventory replenishment
- Supply chain analysis, reporting and optimisation
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting
- Order processing and account management
- Developing good working relationships
- Using Excel (Advanced level) and ERP systems
