A New Zealand-owned, award-winning marketing and promotions business have helped businesses throughout Australasia for over 20 years by helping them to create great brand stories and experiences. They are continuing to enjoy sustained organic growth due to their loyal and growing customer base.
To help support this growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Specialist/Account Manager in a key role.
About the role:
This role will see you sitting in the head office, working to provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to new and existing clients. You will field inquiries to the appropriate point of contact so that no question or inquiry is left unanswered.
With strong competence in reporting, you will collect and provide analytics for our client’s engagement and service levels. The reports that you develop will enable you and the wider team to identify monthly, existing engagement and future sales opportunities.
In time, you will get to collaborate with existing customers to review our client’s engagement, the impact it has had on their performance and work to develop future engagement opportunities.
This role will allow you to work alongside some renowned brands. You will get the chance to work with the internal team as they strategise branding and promotional activity for their clients. This will see you getting the opportunity to be across new products being launched and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
