- Incorporate Sales feedback into forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Analyse and create purchase plans by material and warehouse, aligned with policies and processes.
- Maintain supply chain parameters (transit times, stock coverage, frequency) to optimise inventory.
- Proactively manage back orders and reduce out-of-stock situations by addressing root causes.
- Conduct monthly analysis of forecast errors, implement corrective actions, and report findings.
- Identify excess or slow-moving stock and develop strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative stock availability.
- Support the NZ Planning Lead in standardising systems and processes across the region.
- Spend time in the warehouse working with operational teams to improve inventory visibility and accuracy.
About you:
- Experience in demand forecasting, supply planning or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends and turn insights into action.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
- Proactive learner ready to take responsibility for category planning and develop into broader S&OP involvement.
- Confident communicator, organised and hands-on. Willing to spend time in the warehouse to understand stock realities.
What’s in it for you?
- Be part of a globally resourced company with exposure to international supply chain practices.
- Enjoy flexible start and finish times to support your work-life balance.
- Access comprehensive health insurance for you and your immediate family ie. your spouse.
