About the Role:
Oyster are looking for an ambitious and proactive Equity Raising Investment Executive to join their Investment team. This individual will be at the heart of driving and promoting Oyster opportunities to investors.
Role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead Oyster’s equity raising activity to ensure the successful completion of capital raising for specific Oyster projects and other Oyster funds.
- Lead and promote investor opportunities by way of roadshows, advertising, and general investor contact and where applicable promote to Oyster’s existing new distribution sources.
- Ensure that all existing investor and prospective investor leads are captured appropriately and followed up in a timely manner and ensure the investors are well-informed of our investment products.
- Manage the marketing and advertising process for individual equity raising campaigns from conceptual strategy through to campaign execution.
About You:
We are looking for a target-orientated equity raising professional with excellent communication and relationship-developing skills. You will have circa 5-7 years of experience from a property organisation (developer, lender or broker) or from a fund manager. You will have extensive experience in developing and building a strong ability to raise capital and ultimately convert prospective leads into long-term investors.
Prior real estate experience is not essential but having interests in real estate and fund management would be beneficial. You will need to be a self-starter who is adaptable and pre-emptive in how you work and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who already has experience in a sales or capital raising position and is now looking for a progressive organisation, to further develop their experience in real estate investing.
