  • Manage communication with freight forwarders, customs agents, and 3PL providers in both NZ and China
  • Monitor in-transit shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse operations across CBEC and general trade models
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns by aligning stock and shipment timelines
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting across all supply chain systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for China-based customers, resolving any supply chain or logistics issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin or Cantonese and English
  • Strong understanding of China cross-border (CBEC) and general trade models
  • Proven ability to coordinate international logistics, documentation, and inventory across multiple partners
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
