The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner to join the finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and business support to drive performance, enhance decision-making, and achieve our financial objectives. If you have a strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for partnering with business leaders, this is an exciting opportunity for you:

  • Act as Financial Advisor & Business Partner to expert functions on site driving cost awareness and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Prioritise and lead business improvement initiatives in relation to the Business Partnering function in consultation with Business Unit Managers, GM and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement and review operational insights and reporting that identify opportunities to improve operational cost performance based on key business drivers.
  • Work effectively with Budget holders to ensure an integrated and aligned approach to financial planning processes.
  • Champion and build commitment for improvements to financial processes, policies and systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role within a manufacturing business.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
