The Role
Hunter Campbell is delighted to partner with Allevia Health to recruit a newly created Finance Director role that will play a pivotal part in supporting the Group’s ongoing growth strategy. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly influential position encompassing technical accounting, tax, and strategic finance initiatives.
Working closely with the board and senior leadership, the Finance Director will lead a wide range of projects including the integration of acquisitions, tax governance, digital finance transformation with a strong BI and AI focus, treasury optimisation, and the enhancement of the group accounting landscape.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from a major CA firm, a deep understanding of complex group structures, and a proven track record delivering finance transformation within a large commercial environment. This is a standout role for a technically strong and strategically minded finance leader looking to contribute meaningfully to the future of one of New Zealand’s most significant healthcare providers. Exposure to the integration of acquisitions and implementing new company structures will be highly desirable.
