Reporting directly into an impressive Financial Controller, with daily exposure to an experienced CFO; you will be working alongside another Finance Manager, and directly lead a team of 3 direct reports.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing the delivery of quality financial reporting & analysis of the diverse range of property funds/schemes. This is achieved by managing direct reports to ensure regular budget consolidation & cash flow management.
The role has dual responsibility for providing consistent and accurate reporting whilst building enduring business partnerships with key relations across the business & external stakeholders, in a timely and efficient manner.
Desired Experience/Skill Set
To be considered for this position you must be a fully qualified accountant who is passionate about leading people (prior direct line management experience not essential). Ideally, you will have trained in a large professional services firm or have experience with a mix of financial and management accounting in a corporate environment (property or funds experience advantageous but not essential).
