The Role
In this role, you will lead and mentor a finance team while working closely with non-financial stakeholders in a complex, multi-entity environment. You will be working with and guided by both the Finance Director and a Group Manager, gaining valuable experience in a high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights for senior leadership.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, and payment approvals, ensuring financial obligations are met efficiently.
- Manage payroll compliance, ensuring all internal and external requirements are adhered to.
- Drive financial governance, audits, and compliance, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Support capital expenditure planning and approval.
- Continuously improve financial systems and internal controls, streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven finance leadership experience in a firm or commercial environment
- You might be a senior financial accountant looking for your first finance manager role or from an accounting firm (Manager level) and keen to move into a commercial leadership position.
- Confidence in engaging with non-financial stakeholders across the business.
- CA / CPA qualification (or near completion).
