The Role

As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting decision-making across operations, R&D and commercial teams, to ensure Mint’s rapid scale-up is underpinned by accurate, timely and strategic financial planning.

You will shape financial insights that influence strategic decisions and capital allocation, partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen plant-level economics and commercial outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models, forecasts and budgets
• Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysts
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs
• Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS standards
• Partner with operations, commercial, and R&D teams to track and optimise plant performance
• Provide financial insights into new projects, investments, and market expansion initiatives
• Support capital expenditure planning and post-investment reviews

Your Profile

• CA / CPA / CFA (or equivalent) qualified preferred
• 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience in manufacturing or innovation-driven industries advantageous
