The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the overall preparation and review of budgets and monthly projections/forecasts, as well as providing meaningful insights and analysis to the board and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the annual budgeting & monthly forecasting requirements. This includes reporting to the leadership team, management, the Board/Shareholders and other key stakeholders.
- Ensures FP&A systems, models and processes are operating efficiently through on-going reviews & recommendations of system & process enhancements.
- Supports the HoF and Finance Manager in planning and delivering an effective annual strategic planning process.
- Lead, manage and actively participate in cross-functional strategic projects.
- Highly visible leader in the business instilling a high performance culture.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience within commercial finance/FPA positions.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with experience in implementing/improving ERP systems (including budgeting/forecasting tools).
- Track record of ‘can do’, ‘roll-up sleeves’ action and results orientation
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred
