The opportunity
The newly created FP&A Manager role be at the heart of financial operations, leading forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning processes. Reporting to the Divisional CFO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing key insights to support business decisions, strategic projects and drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and further develop the periodic budgeting quarterly forecasting processes across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Translate raw data into reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership, to provide more clarity on key drivers
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Play a key role in the implementation of a consolidation tool in the new ERP
- Create standardisation and consistency in reporting across multiple sites
- Partner with business unit leaders to drive cost efficiencies and improve profitability.
Your profile
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified professional
- 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing or relatable environment
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
