The Role
Reporting into the CEO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and business planning. This role is critical in driving financial performance through robust financial management, commercial finance support and cost optimsation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator, have a strong analytical mindset, experience in financial planning, and the ability to partner with key stakeholders to drive profitability and efficiency.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong financial leadership and governance across capital, accounting, forecasting, and budgeting to support RFC’s sustainable growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and the Board as a trusted advisor, delivering financial insights to guide strategic decisions and business planning.
• Lead financial reporting and compliance, producing accurate and timely reports with variance analysis and performance insights.
• Key business partner to the Head of Operations, providing analysis around materials, labour and overheads.
• Drive productivity, performance, and profitability improvements, including developing business cases for key investment decisions.
• Manage funding and cash flow strategies, ensuring robust Treasury policies and oversight of foreign exchange and liquidity performance.

  
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally be CA/CPA qualified with broad based skills across financial control as well as commercial finance. A background in FMCG, manufacturing or similar will be highly advantageous.
