About the Company

BlackBull Markets is a fast-growing multi-asset trading business with offices across New Zealand, Cyprus, Dubai, and Mexico. The team is ambitious and moving quickly, backed by a founder-led leadership team that values people who take ownership.

This is a newly created role for BlackBull, reflecting the pace of growth across the group and the need for dedicated support on day-to-day HR administration and systems.

The Role

Reporting to BlackBull’s HR consultant, you will own day-to-day HR administration for the team. Alongside the core admin, you will play a key part in building out Rippling, BlackBull’s HR and workforce management platform, making sure data and workflows run efficiently as the business grows. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes getting the detail right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, organisation structure and routine HR reporting
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding end to end
  • Prepare employment documentation, including variation and remuneration letters
  • Maintain leave records and support managers with leave queries
  • Act as first point of contact for staff on routine HR queries

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3+ years in an HR administration role
  • Working knowledge of NZ employment legislation
  • Confident HRIS user; Rippling experience highly regarded
  • Process-minded, with an eye for cleaner data and more efficient workflows
  • Excellent written communication, including professional correspondence
  • High level of discretion with confidential people and commercial information
  • Regulated financial services, fintech or professional services experience desirable
  • Permanent right to work in New Zealand

What’s in it for you

You will get hands-on input into how Rippling is built out, shaping the data and workflows behind a regulated business with a global footprint. Part-time or full-time hours are on the table, the Commercial Bay office is hard to beat, and the employee share scheme gives you a stake in what comes next.
