About the Role
This role is responsible for providing strategic and tactical people and culture support to specific business units. Specifically, you will be:
- Partnering with key senior leaders and their teams on people and culture initiatives
- Providing best practice specialist advice and support on all areas of human resources
- Own delivery of employee-life cycle initiatives, including project management and change management
- Ensuring HR issues are proactively dealt with whilst adhering to best practice
- Supporting and providing advice to managers on employment relation matters
- Assisting in the development, improvement and maintenance of policies and procedures
Key attributes
- 5+ years’ experience in senior HR/People and Culture roles
- Strong FMCG experience
- Proactive collaborator with a strategic and commercial approach
- Proven success in engaging with senior leadership teams
- The ability to bring people together and connect to all levels of the business
