About the Role:
 
Primepac is looking for an energetic and results driven Internal Sales Specialist to join their growing team. Based in Rosedale, you’ll be part of an agile and collaborative sales team. This is a unique opportunity to grow accounts, build relationships with key customers and take on increased responsibility with potential for career progression
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and drive new business opportunities.
  • Proactively manage and grow accounts by identifying basket growth opportunities and engaging with customers to drive sales.
  • Handle internal sales processes, including quoting, pricing, and submitting proposals to win business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and Key Account Managers, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Be an ambassador for the Primepac brand, utilizing tools like HubSpot, NetSuite, Bloom, and EOS.
  • Manage a broad range of customer types, including industrial, hospitality, retail, eCommerce, and B2B distribution companies, with a focus on small- to medium-sized businesses.
  • Work independently but also within a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Packaging experience is a must.
  • Experience in phone sales, with a focus on creating and finding opportunities.
  • Ability to actively manage and run a large pipeline of deals.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts.
  • A passion for internal sales and building relationships over the phone.
  • Ability to self-manage, be agile, and work effectively in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Bloom, and EOS.
  • Self-aware, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • Flexibility and an understanding of business growth dynamics.
  • Knowledge of FMCG is highly desirable.
