About the role:
The primary focus of this role is to work systematically and methodically to ensure that sales orders can be exported on time, in full. To do this, you will maintain system and physical inventory levels by working through regular routine stocktakes, reconciliations and approved adjustments. From time-to-time your presence will be required at 3PL locations. Inventory reporting is a key part of this role (reports may consist of weekly SOH and stock status reports).
Logistics based responsibilities will see you working with the sales team, customer service and 3PL providers to ensure that orders are dispatched, shipping deadlines are met and customer orders are delivered in line with demand forecasts. You will oversee 3PL partners to ensure KPI’s are met.
What do you need to bring to the table?
-Working knowledge of ERPs
-Strong capability for Excel (for reporting)
-High levels of organisation and a methodical way of working
-The ability to work well under pressure
-Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
-A team player attitude with a can do, problem solving approach.
