The position is predominantly client-facing, working alongside experienced Consultants. The successful candidate will come with a passion for learning and helping others to improve using a range of business improvement techniques.’
You will support a team of experienced consultants in analysing processes, gathering data and summarising this into improvement programmes. You will then support the implementation of these programmes using effective change management and project management skills.
The role of Lean Consultant is a unique and rewarding challenge. The work is difficult, often quite complex and done under tight deadlines.

The person required:
Ideally, you will have previous consulting experience however those with experience working in a manufacturing environment with some experience of Lean principles will also be considered.
It is likely you will possess the following
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a relevant technical subject
Experience
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Some experience/understanding of Lean principles is advantageous
Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent with data. Able to quickly interpret large amounts of information to provide insights
- Logical problem solver
- Good with Microsoft suite, able to quickly create reports, presentations, present data in an understandable format

- Hands-on approach – your role will involve coaching, analysis and relationship management – the key to your success, however, will be your ability to get into the detail and execute & implement solutions
