With a talented team across APAC focusing on delivering value to their customers, this company is very much in scale up mode looking for a fantastic Marketing and Communications Manager to be part of this exciting journey.
About the role:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a strategic Marketing and Communications calendar across the APAC region. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market product campaigns, driving all communications initiatives, managing the work allocated to agencies and building strong relationships internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Marketing with creating and implementing bespoke Marketing and Comms plans internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market and campaign plans.
- Plan and execute an internal and external communications calendar.
- Create compelling product marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and sales enablement tools.
- Generate engaging and persuasive multi-channel content, including thought leadership pieces with the support of our service providers.
- Manage the prioritization of the workload with our service providers, ensuring approval processes are followed and deadlines are met.
- Assist with budget planning and have a return-on-investment mindset when recommending initiatives.
- Own and maintain our websites, social media and EDM channels.
- Assist with event activations (pre- and post-event Comms).
- Assist with regular reporting and presentations when required.
- Ensure branding and editorial guidelines are adhered to throughout all channels.
Key requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 7+ experience in a similar role, in a B2B or highly regulated industry.
- Exceptional writer who can produce technical and complex content to a knowledgeable audience, in a simple and engaging manner.
- Compelling story telling capability with the ability to have a nuanced approach across multiple channels.
- Self-starter, who thrives with accountability and responsibility.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRMs.
