About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Master Scheduler/Production Planner to contribute to the growth of the company’s supply chain capability. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, your initial focus will be on scheduling production across 5 sites throughout New Zealand. This role offers a varied and dynamic work environment and as you establish yourself in the position, you will have the chance to work towards taking on the responsibility of the demand planning function, playing a pivotal role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in master scheduling/ production planning within the FMCG sector, with a proven ability to manage planning across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow within their career and take on increased responsibilities. You will be a highly effective relationship builder, with the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to manage and manipulate data, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements. Experience with SAP (particularly IBP) is highly desirable. To be successful in this role, you need to be a New Zealand resident or citizen.
