The role entails leadership for their existing Havelock site. The current operation has approx. 200 FTE under 7 direct reports. This role is operationally focused and all about maintaining and developing the team.
You will then have supervisors for each department and shift reporting into this role. It would be preferable if this person came from a nutraceutical or food manufacturing background. We need a strong leader, who is firm but fair, and able to make decisions in a timely manner.
