The company:

Our client is a new accounting firm based in Ellerslie, lead by two young Directors with a breadth of combined experience from well-known accounting firms, as the business is growing, they are looking to bring in an experience Personal Assistant to join their close-knit team.

The role:

You will be providing direct support to the Directors and their small team of Accountants.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up business in growth mode and will provide an environment for someone focused on technology and process improvement, to come in and make the role their own.  There will be a busy workload, so we’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and get stuck in straight away.

About you:

  • Natural problem solver with high EQ.
  • Affinity with technology and confident with learning new systems and processes. 
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Proactive with a high energy.
