The opportunity
Sitting within the Supply Chain team, the PMO & Strategy Delivery Manager role is a key strategic leadership role delivering programme management for large scale or complex initiatives. 
  
You will be responsible for driving logistics transformation to deliver a world-class supply chain, through collaboration with internal partners & vendors to fulfil customer promise, enabling a reduced cost to serve and greater operational stability.
  
In this role, you will be accountable for delivering future state infrastructure, digital solutions, and operational capabilities from concept/business plan through to implementation. You will also maintain the Programme Management Office for Supply Chain, establishing the frameworks, rhythm, capability and disciplines to ensure that programmes across the business unit are delivered and meet expectations.
  
Critical to the role is contributing to the design of the future logistics operating model focusing on logistics and other technology opportunities that can elevate operational and customer performance required to meet evolving business needs.
  
About you
You will be an inspirational leader with great coaching skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also bring proven skills and experience delivering large and complex projects and programmes, including strong planning and risk management skills.
  
Other skills and experience:

  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of RPA and IT systems
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and learning agility
  • Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics experience desirable
