WOOP is on a mission to change the way people eat and due to rapid growth, are looking for a passionate Procurement Manager to join their committed, passionate and talented team of foodies. Reporting to the General Manager you will have responsibility for the procurement of ingredients and packaging for WOOP’s meal kits. Supported by a Purchasing Coordinator you will source, buy and coordinate all ingredients and packaging to ensure that weekly deliveries are delivered on time, in full.
In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you will manage the full procurement function and also be involved in wider business and commercial decision-making and execution. It is expected that your role will evolve and grow in line with business growth and your capability to take on additional responsibilities.
Broadly, the scope of your role will include, though not be limited to:
- Procurement strategy
- Sourcing, buying and the full procurement lifecycle
- Day-to-day procurement operations and leadership
- Product quality control
- Planning, reporting and analysis
- Supplier relationship management
- Packaging development
- Continuous improvement
