This role is for responsible for the coordination and management of the day shift processing operation. This includes resourcing, ensuring a safe working environment, people development, and achieving planned production outcomes through efficient and optimised processes.
The role has 3 direct reports – Production Supervisor, Production Administrator & Quality Controller. Indirectly the processing team consists of a further 36 employees looked after by 3 team leaders. This role is fast paced and will need someone who can build credibility with an extremely hard working and diverse team.
