From humble beginnings, our client has built a loyal customer base with the goal of improving health for it’s customers over a number of categories within the vitamin and supplement industry. Our client now needs someone to optimise their production facility to keep up with demand for their premium products!
Leading a team of direct reports reporting to the Head of Operations. The production team consists of 120 full-time staff which are supervised by numerous team leaders. The complexity around the role comes with a multi-entity operation where various stakeholders can sometimes have competing interests. This means the Production Manager will have to manage a wide range of interests to make sure supply meets demand through efficient production in their manufacturing facility.
