The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 60 staff across two shifts, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high production standards. Alongside the leadership you will focus on continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies, supporting the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the team across a 2 shift operation.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Implement manufacturing processes in line with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion into new markets.
About You
- Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing and strong team leadership skills.
- A track record of driving process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Experience working with a recognised ERP system is desirable.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership with big-picture thinking.
