Due to ongoing growth and a project coming out of NDP, a newly created position has become available within the Supply Chain Team for a Purchasing Administrator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
This Purchasing Administrator position will see you helping the supply chain team to ensure that goods are purchased on time and tracked and traced until delivery.
Experience in a purchasing/supplier liaison role would be preferable however if you have a strong administrative background with exposure to a supply chain, your application may be considered.
Your responsibilities will include, though not be limited to:
- Raising purchase orders in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
- Manage the purchasing pipeline and prioritising effectively
- Data entry/report writing
- Assist in managing supplier relationships
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in and around the movement of purchased goods
