The opportunity

You will benefit from working with highly experienced and capable colleagues in a genuinely collaborative and team-based environment. The role will work across all 3 divisions – own brand, international brands and ingredients import/distribution.

Reporting directly to the COO you will lead the development of an internal quality function, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and quality control.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee QA/QC both internally and with 3rd party manufacturers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as QA/QC champion across the business
  • Set and monitor KPI’s to improve the performance of quality across the business.
  • Management of relevant quality systems, processes and practices.  
  • Manage end-to-end quality control from raw materials through to finished product.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across the business – provide support, advice, and guidance to key stakeholders.
