You will join the business in a broad management role with responsibility across multiple business functions.
As the Redemptions Manager, you will take on multiple responsibilities across a broad scope of business and supply chain areas. There is a key focus on customer service and effective supply chain management.
Key responsibilities include, though are not limited to:
- Managing the facilities, core processes and supporting the business operations
- Overseeing warehouse management function and playing an active role within the leadership group
- Inventory management and troubleshooting challenges and issues with delivery and service quality
- Reviewing the current systems and generating fresh ideas for improvement
- Providing forward-thinking, greater initiative and improved business awareness
- Maintaining a positive culture to inspire those around you
You will effectively act as 2IC to the directors and will lead a team of five in operational roles. All team members are highly experienced so your role will be to support them and facilitate across the operational function and wider business. You will bring energy, enthusiasm, good problem-solving skills, a team-based approach, and some commercial acumen.
The directors are well respected and treat their staff as part of the family. They play an active part in the day to day running of the business and lead by example.
