Day to day responsibilities:
- Take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients and actively grow it through regular engagement – tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build trust and add value by understanding clients’ goals, identifying their risk profile, and guiding them through investment fund options
- Drive portfolio growth by proactively identifying opportunities within the existing client base, generating referrals, and leveraging professional networks.
- Take a proactive approach to managing leads, following up consistently, and turning opportunities into long-term client relationships.
- Deliver a high-touch, client-focused experience that strengthens relationships and builds confidence.
- Take initiative as a self-starter to develop referral partnerships and empower clients with their financial wellbeing.
About you
- A proactive self-starter with the drive to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Genuine interest in investments and the wealth management space, with a desire to learn and grow your career.
- Confident and polished communicator, able to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Naturally curious, motivated, and client-focused, with a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.
