About the role:
This primary purpose of the ERP Analyst – Project Contracting is to support the successful transition to a new enterprise software solution (SAP/Salesforce) across head office and remote branch locations.
Working closely with business counterparts in the Project contracting divisions (and other areas such as Finance), the role will lead project activities including requirements gathering, as-is and to-be process design, identifying and transitioning to best business practices, support data migration activities, develop end user training and documentation, and support various business readiness activities.
This position is a functional role and will work as a key conduit between subject matter experts in the business and the offshore technical team to ensure the requirements of the Project Contracting divisions are catered by the new solution. This role will primarily support the transition to the new ERP solution (in particular the people and process related aspects).
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Project Contracting and Project Accounting functions throughout lifecycle of major projects (e.g. project tendering, project setup and execution, project accounting, cost control, project administration, reporting etc.) and will have ideally be familiar with the Contract Constructions Act.
