About the role
  
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this Key Account Manager position manages 2 top large retail accounts as well as some wholesale accounts.  Being part of this vibrant, enthusiastic and innovative team, you will be able to work with your head and your heart.  There’s plenty of scope to be involved with the UK team around promotional activities and activations whilst having commercial and stimulating conversations with customers at a head office level.
  
Key responsibilities

• Develop promotional programs and account plans for nominated retail banners
• Manage delivery of monthly and annual volume and profit forecasts
• Achieve agreed profit, volume, trade spend and market share across allocated accounts
• Set and deliver on customer experience parameters
• Create, implement, measure and review the promotional calendar for each account to maximise volume and margin
• Communicate strategies and promotional activity in each account and post-promotional analysis to ensure effective ROI

  Key attributes needed

• Minimum 3-years NAM/SAM experience
• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field is highly regarded
• Excel in showing initiative, enthusiasm and proactivity to get the job done
• Must be able to be flexible with working hours as you will be working closely with Australia and the UK
