The Role:
Join a leading business in the New Zealand FMCG industry and play a vital role in driving commercial success. Reporting into the Head of Sales, this National Business Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the grocery channels, utilising your expertise in channel knowledge, business relationships, and account management to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and market share within the grocery channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the FMCG sector.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Business Management role looking after either Foodstuffs or WWNZ.
- Strong understanding of the New Zealand grocery market and its key players in the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
