About the Company
Our client is a large, well-established infrastructure business with a broad national footprint.
The Role
You will take ownership of the monthly FP&A and management reporting cycle. Working within a small, specialist team, you will be the primary analyst owning reporting outputs end-to-end, with significant exposure to the CFO, divisional Heads of Finance, and a range of senior commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and run the monthly management reporting cycle
- Deliver timely, insightful analysis to support business performance conversations at executive level
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and the broader planning and performance cycle
- Partner with Business Unit and divisional finance teams on ad hoc analysis and reporting needs
- Identify and implement improvements to existing reporting processes and systems
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- CA qualified with 5+ years’ experience, ideally Big 4 trained
- Strong FP&A or management reporting background in a complex, multi-entity or divisional environment
- Hands-on experience with a financial planning tool beyond Excel (TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar)
- Self-sufficient and able to manage competing priorities in a structured reporting environment
- Power BI experience advantageous but not essential
