The opportunity
The Senior Finance Business Partner will strengthen cost efficiency, operational productivity, and strategic decision-making by leveraging expertise in cost accounting and FP&A.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cost accounting, standard costing models, and variance analysis across labour, materials, and overheads
- Manage inventory valuation, asset control, and capitalisation accuracy for manufacturing operations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance reporting, including COGM and manufacturing variance insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant, supply chain, and executive stakeholders, influencing key operational decisions
- Identify and execute process improvements, support financial systems enhancements, and contribute to ERP upgrade initiatives
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement activities across the business
- Lead a team of two Management Accountants
Your profile
- CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or cost accounting roles
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills. Working knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
- Solid ERP experience and comfort working with operational teams
- Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and productivity improvements
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced industrial environment
