The opportunity
The Senior Finance Business Partner will drive financial planning and deliver insights to influence business strategy. Partner with a variety of stakeholders, align financial strategies with broader business goals and play a pivotal role in strategy development.
Key responsibilities:
- Take the financial lead on long range strategic planning, collaborating with teams across the business and analysing global and competitor trends to assess impacts and opportunities.
- Finance representative for the development and implementation of a new Group strategy
- Business Partner with a broad range of stakeholders to align financial insights with key business goals, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and elevate reporting to drive better decision-making.
- Support the broader team with group reporting and working capital management.
Your profile
- Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering or FP&A role in a large, corporate environment
- Strong ability to understand and communicate drivers of financial performance, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Qualified CA, CPA, CIMA, CFA etc
